As an entrepreneur, Jonathan (JB) Benjamin opened his first business at the age of 25. A Small super-hero themed restaurant/cafe in Key West, Florida. As a small business owner in a competitive market JB responded immediately with creative and unique marketing strategies and implementation techniques that enabled him to sell the business at nearly triple his initial investment after only 2 years. With a passion for marketing and advertising as well as a keen eye for streamlined business operations, JB began to utilize his skills with a marketing company based in Tampa. After a few promotions JB found himself in a position of motivating, training and managing a sales team. During the most recent downturn in the market in October of 2008, JB took a step back to research new products and services that would help and revitalize the industry. Jonathan's drive, determination and never-fail attitude is unparalleled in the marketing industry. This has helped turn his most recent dream into a reality, with the creation of PULSE. A company comprised of like-minded auto and marketing professionals determined to restore integrity to the automotive direct marketing industry.
Specializing in direct mail since December of 1999, Crystal has seen the automotive industry through some of the most testing times of uncertainty in recent history. Beginning with the concerns over Y2K, she relentlessly pursued forcing the automotive market for her clients and succeeded. Launching a travel-incentive based mail campaign in 2001, her determination and resolve carried her through the turbulent times of 9/11. During the subsequent Anthrax scare, people were least likely to be moved into action with a vacation incentive that arrived in the mail. She quickly responded with a new idea and relevant message which consumers identified with and responded to with dramatic consistency. During her career she has personally hosted over 200 sales events on site in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Los Angeles, bringing her contagious energy to the sales staff and creating the smoothest TO's dealers have ever seen with responding customers. With the credit crisis in the fall of 2008 and the most recent ripple effect of the economic downturn on the auto industry, Crystal has once again risen to the occasion. She has provided her clients with low cost, out of the box marketing campaigns for sales and service. These ideas are generating impressive and consistent returns. She has earned over a 90% retention rate with her accounts, many of which have maintained a business relationship with her for many years. Loyal and dedicated to her clients and their success, Crystal takes great pride in the longevity she has sustained through diligent creativity, project execution, and customer service. Crystal has finally achieved her dream of partnering with like-minded marketing professionals who share her determination to restore integrity to the automotive direct marketing industry.

With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, from a finance background to working in advertising, Natalee has benefited from the unique perspective of having operated from all angles of a dealership's business. She even spent a few years in collections doing repossessions. That will help build character for anyone! Natalee began her career in advertising in Tampa working with companies such as Sonic, Asbury, AutoNation, and many independent stores. She has helped hundreds of dealers see more traffic, sell more vehicles, and make a lot more money. In 2008, feeling the constraints of a “one size fits all” company, she left to search for something more; Not only more for herself, but more for her clients. Natalee understands that each dealership is unique and therefore deserves it's own unique product answer in return. After spending the last year doing research finding and creating the best of the best to offer, she was lead to other like-minded professionals on a mission to restore integrity to the automotive direct marketing industry.
