Co-founder and CEO
Jonathan (JB) Benjamin is a superhero entrepreneur. Seriously. In fact, he opened his first business at the age of 25: a small superhero themed restaurant/cafe in Key West, Florida. Running a small business in a competitive market taught him about the importance of marketing and service, and gave him ample training ground for developing creative strategies for promoting his business. Within two years, he was able to sell his shop for nearly triple the original investment – and moved his skills to a marketing firm in Tampa. Before long, he was managing and motivating the company sales team and nurturing business development. While his success continued, his dream of building an entrepreneurial startup remained – and in 2008, he stepped out of corporate to pursue the creation of PULSE. Reaching out to his network of seasoned automotive and marketing professionals, Jonathan built one of the leading automotive direct marketing firms in the business.
Co-founder and COO
With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry –from finance to advertising – Natalee brings the unique perspective of having operated from all angles of a dealership’s business. She even spent several years in collections, working on repossessions… which will build character for anyone! Natalee began her advertising career in Tampa working with companies such as Sonic, Asbury, AutoNation and many more independent stores. She has helped hundreds of dealers see more traffic, sell more vehicles and increase revenues across the board. In 2008, after feeling the constraints of a “one size fits all” company, she left the corporate world in search of an entrepreneurial opportunity – one that would leverage her deep knowledge of a dealership’s needs, and how each business is different. The opportunity emerged with PULSE, where she has built a team of dynamic individuals that are passionate about helping dealerships grow.
